A recording of an authentic Grumman F6F Hellcat, an American fighter aircraft from World War II.
With a Pratt and Whitney R-2800 engine.
The recording consists of two stationary runs on the ground, covering startup, idle, constant RPMs, ramps, throttle movement and shutdown, and a flying session with flybys, landing and taxing, from exterior and onboard microphones.
It also has some cockpit wild foley with switches and canopy.
