About

What is Sonniss?

Sonniss is a marketplace for professional sound effects (SFX) libraries. Independent publishers sell their own work here, from field recordists and sound designers to Foley studios and audio production companies. Right now that is 4,819 libraries from 405 publishers.

Everything is royalty-free for commercial work. Lifetime access, no subscriptions.

You can see each library's sample rate, bit depth and channel format before you open it, and most carry metadata. Teams at Ubisoft, Disney and CD Projekt Red use Sonniss sound effects. We have been selling sound effects since 2014, and Sonniss Ltd is registered in England and Wales.

Sonniss does not accept AI-generated sounds.
